Rebuilding Identity. Restoring Confidence. Rewriting Futures.
Welcome
to Our Site
We are a purpose-driven nonprofit dedicated to restoring identity, confidence, and opportunity for women, girls, and youth. Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we create spaces where boldness is nurtured, beauty is self-defined, and every individual is supported to rise.

Our Why?
This Is Me Bx3 exists to restore identity, confidence, and voice in women and girls.
We believe the greatest barrier facing women and girls is not a lack of potential. It is a lack of permission. Permission to take up space. Permission to be seen. Permission to believe they are worthy before they prove it. Too many systems are built to measure outcomes without ever restoring identity. They ask women and girls to perform resilience while ignoring the weight they carry. They offer opportunity without belonging.
Support without dignity. This Is Me Bx3 exists to disrupt that.
We are not here to “fix” women and girls.
We are here to remind them of what has always been true.

You are bold.
You are beautiful.
You are blessed.

Our work begins where confidence has been fractured, by trauma, poverty, discrimination, silence, or survival.
We step into the moments where identity is questioned and create spaces where worth is restored. Through mentorship, leadership development, advocacy, education, and access to resources, we do more than provide services.
We rebuild self-trust.
We cultivate voice.
We turn self-awareness into self-leadership.
We believe identity is the foundation of every outcome.

When women and girls know who they are, they navigate systems differently.
They advocate louder.
They lead stronger.
They imagine futures they were never shown.

This Is Me Bx3 is a movement rooted in truth, equity, and transformation. A community where boldness is encouraged, beauty is self-defined, and blessings are lived, not just named.
We envision a world where women and girls are no longer conditioned to shrink. Where confidence is not an exception but an expectation. Where access, opportunity, and belonging are not privileges, but rights. We are building that world, one voice, one life, one restored identity at a time.

This is not charity.
This is liberation.
This is not a program.
This is a declaration.

This Is Me Bx3.
